Mussels Marinara



    • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    • 6 Cloves Garlic, Minced
    • 1 15-Oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
    • 1/2 C. Dry White Wine
    • 2 Tbsp. Freshly Chopped Parsley, Plus More For Garnish
    • Kosher Salt
    • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
    • 2 Lb. Mussels, Scrubbed And Debearded
    • Grilled Bread, For Serving
    • 2 Lemons Cut  In Wedges


    • Add chopped garlic to a pot over medium-low heat. and cook until

    • Stir in the diced tomatoes, wine, and parsley until combined. 
    • Season with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of crushed red pepper (for a spicy option add a long hot pepper or jalapeno).
    • Add mussels, cover, and cook until all shells are open. (Recycle any shells that aren't open.)
    • Garnish with additional parsley and serve with grilled bread. as well as a lemon wedge
